Digital Marketing Manager
We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager to ignite, craft and manage our marketing strategy and operations, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition/retention to set a course for growth. Marketing will play the single biggest key role in that growth.
You’ll need the confidence to work independently, but in collaboration with the founders on major decisions. It’s imperative you have a solid understanding of B2B data-based digital marketing covering SEO/SEM, social, EDM and CRO, while reporting on market insights and marketing ROI. You should also be comfortable working with basic traditional marketing covering print advertising and trade collateral.
Requirements
Passion in sustainability, efficiency, and making an impact on the world is critical.
10-20 hours per week, on a set schedule if possible.
5+ years’ experience, with at least half in B2B digital Marketing.
Experience in setup and analysis of the full Google Suite, but especially AdWords, Analytics and Tag Manager.
Experience with split testing in SEO/SEM/EDM.
Strong belief and experience in data-based decision making, user research and leveraging customer insights.
Design expertise highly favourable.
Senior Test Engineer
As we further develop our technology, we’ve grown in size and now require the help of a qualified and experienced test engineer to help us efficiently deliver on our engineering goals.
This role will be key in helping our development team stretch their professional legs to focus more on design / execution while ensuring what they do build is completed with quality and integrity.
Job Summary
Define and execute test plans for product / system testing and end to end testing of client applications.
Support software QA test planning and testing across the full lifecycle of application development, including planning, development, implementation and maintenance.
Perform testing in close collaboration with developers concurrent with development and in an Agile manner.
Perform complete manual testing in the QA environment.
Perform incremental release testing.
Perform regression and negative testing.
Deal directly with the client for describing test plans and strategy.
Responsibilities and Duties

Required Experience and Qualifications
4 plus years of software testing experience
Experience in both manual and automation testing
Experience with UI and REST API debugging/testing
Experience with designing and writing automated tests
Knowledge of various protocols (REST and XML) and the methodologies to test them
Scripting experience/PHP coding experience a plus
Working knowledge of HTML, JSON, XML and CSS
Critical thinking capability to help design test procedures
Experience with Git
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Senior PHP Engineer
As we are maintaining strong growth, our development team needs to grow as well. So it’s exciting to make this new position available as a senior engineer working in our PHP based platform.
You will be working in a small team of 5 developers managed by our tech lead in Sydney on an exciting IoT platform in the utilities space.
Responsibilities and Duties
Work closely with product owners to understand the requirements.
Build, design, develop and test application features as per requirements.
Write clean and testable code.
Work with QA engineers to maintain the quality of the product.
Key Skills
PHP, MySQL and Javascript
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience building full stack applications using one of the following languages - PHP or Ruby.
Should be able to write clean Object Oriented code and write unit tests.
Experienced with MVC pattern and ORM technologies such as Hibernate or ActiveRecord.
Strong in SQL and exposure to either MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Experienced in building REST-based APIs.
Have exposure to atleast one JavaScript framework.
Exposure to any NoSQL storage such as Elasticsearch - CI/CD knowledge and understanding of release process - Understanding of GIT.
